A New Perspective

Seeing something old in a new way is a monumental task. Like an old dog that struggles to learn new tricks, the more time we spend with an idea the more it’s ingrained in our minds. Literal pathways are formed, neurons shuttle themselves to and fro and wear on them like tires on a well-traveled road.

But change can not be avoided.

Either we adapt, or we let everything around us transform and what doesn’t, decays. And so, today, I find a clarity in understanding that it is time for change within everything that I’ve done for the last fifteen years. I am not sure exactly how it will take its final shape, but I have a sense of what needs to be done.

And, most importantly, I have help. Because nothing truly special can be done alone.
