I give talks and workshops that leave audiences with something they can actually use—not just inspiration. Most of my work is now with companies: leadership offsites, all-hands, product teams stuck in a rut, executive retreats. Occasionally a conference.
I'm a founder myself—I've built five companies and shipped over a hundred and fifty products—so the work is grounded in how creativity actually functions inside a business.
